- Establishing an advisory board composed of individuals with the experience, drive and staunch belief in our cause that will propel us to achieve our goals
- Liaising with other non-profit organisations to stay up-to date and receive support in the form of information and resources that will fully equip us with the tools we need to succeed, and enable us to provide the best possible service to our clients
- Liaising with tourism businesses in Zimbabwe to create cost-effective vacation packages for volunteer counsellors who may want to combine an African Safari vacation with some volunteer counselling services by travelling to Zimbabwe on vacation and at the same time working with Lotus as volunteer counsellors for a small part of their vacation stay
